Because my case says it’s been actively reviewed since then meanwhile I see a lot of people are getting approved same day after biometrics. I submitted my application concurrent AOS marriage based on 05/31/2022.It depends on your field office. Check the processing times of your field office and you can calculate on that stats. My processing time has been changed 3 times. At one point, it actually disappeared. The general processing time on the website for a specific USCIS office is BS imo...or at least it seems to apply to everyone else in my state ...I130 timeline: Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. I filed online I130 for my spouse on Jan 05 2021. I got the receipt in mail within few days. On March 18, the status changed to "We are actively reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number . Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. .
